Our History
For over 25 years, VCE has remodeled and built hundreds of custom projects all over Puerto Rico and the United States.
Our company is comprised by a design, construction and supervising team of specialists who will design and build the projects of your dreams.

Through the years, we have accumulated the know-how in order to work with different styles from traditional elegance to dynamic modernity. This assures our clients we will be able to bring to life their particular personalities and visions.

Our mission
To design and build custom projects that are unique to our client's needs and desires, providing them with a full service worry-free process, while achieving a final product of excellent quality.
We strive to make each project distinct and unique.
We are an architectural firm located in Guaynabo Puerto Rico. With over 25 years of experience our designs encompass the request, personalities, and particular tastes of those who will make that space their own. Our Staff is expert in making any construction project enjoyable and uncomplicated for the client. Our Services include: Architectural Design, Interior Architectural Design, Project Supervision, Project Management, Urban Design, among others.
Our Team
Two generations of architects work at VCE, achieving an excellent balance between experience and innovation. Our team of architects, engineers, and contractors design and build projects to the specific needs of our clients.

VCE’s president Arch. Mariano Nevarez graduated with a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico in environmental design and architecture. He is a member of CAAPPR.

Head of Design Lourdes Pérez is a graduate from the University of Puerto Rico. She has a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico in environmental design and architecture.

AIT Andrea Nevarez is also a member of CAAPPR and AIA. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Ms. Nevarez graduated #1 in her class and received the AIA award for excellence in design.
